He has 35 years of experience in the modern business environment in Selling, Leadership, Operations and Training with Fortune 100 companies - spending the last 15 years running a consulting company focused on strategy, leadership, executive coaching and team interactions.
Mr. Stiff has developed, conducted and certified strategies and training programs for managers, experienced sales professionals and college graduates while at NCR, Black and Decker and DeWALT. He has successfully negotiated contracts in the hardware, medical, manufacturing, computer, energy, lighting and accounting industries. During his tenure as Director of Training for Black and Decker, the company was named "Top Industrial Company in its classification", by Sales and Marketing Magazine. This rating was a direct result of the strong training program Mr. Stiff developed for the Black and Decker / DeWALT leadership /sales teams.
